What is the difference between 'Blended', 'Fully Online' and 'By Attendance' delivery modes?

Blended learning courses all follow the same 8 week pattern:

Week 1 - Online learning

Week 2 - Face to face Oxford week

Weeks 3 to 6 - Online learning

Week 7 - Personal study

Week 8 - Assignment submission.

Fully Online courses typically run over 10 weeks and are entirely distance learning.
By Attendance courses are entirely delivered face to face in Oxford.
