I have previously attended a module as a stand-alone student. Can I import this module if I join the MSc Evidence Based Health Care Programme?

Students who have completed an EBHC Level 7 Short Course for credit, may request to import this as a module on their MSc and PgCert/Dip programme.

Students who have completed an EBHC Level 7 Short Course for credit, may request to import this as a module on their MSc and PgCert/Dip programme. The following conditions for requesting module import apply:

  • The short course must part of the Evidence Based Health Care portfolio of courses, have been completed for academic credit, and successfully passed.
  • A request for import does not guarantee approval. This will be subject to the Evidence Based Health Care Standing Committee approval.
  • A maximum of three short courses can be requested to be imported on the MSc EBHC Programme, and two on the PGcert/Dip Programmes in Health Research.
  • Any short course requested for importing must have been completed within two years of the request.
