PgDip, MSc, PhD

Researcher

I am an interdisciplinary researcher with a special interest in how knowledge is adapted and integrated into policy and practice.

Working with the cancer team, I am currently leading a NIHR-funded study exploring how a novel cancer screening test can be implemented in primary care in the UK, and am responsible for developing a multi-source intelligence gathering strategy on multi-cancer tests.

I am also involved in a number of evidence synthesis and mapping projects funded by Cancer Research UK.

As part of my wider academic services, I co-lead and serve as an editorial lead for the Cochrane Global Ageing Thematic Group. Being an expert member of the WHO lifecourse network, I frequently provide input to the work packages being developed as part of the UN Decade of Healthy Ageing
