Vaccinating healthy children for influenza: A look at scientific evidences

A consideration of scientific evidences regarding influenza vaccine in paediatric age seem necessary in order to express judgements. There is a great difference between public health's declared aims for influenza vaccination in healthy children and the real ability of inactivated vaccines to reach such aims. The efficacy of inactivated vaccines is almost zero. This total absence of evidence is apparently hidden at a superficial analysis by a series of errors and artifices difficult to enhance without a systematic review. The paper proposes a review of methodological errors among which the absence of reporting adverse reactions.
